The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- (i)For issuing appropriate including the writ of mandamus directing the respondents no. 2 to 5 to implement resolution dated 18.06.2014 in favour of the petitioners and thereby re-fix the salary of the petitioners in pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- PB-2 Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- w.e.f. their appointment in the year 2014 and
Patna High Court CWJC No.11100 of 2021(3) dt.08-08-2024 2/3 correspondingly fixing the salary of the petitioners in the pay scale of level 06 in 7th Pay Revision Commission w.e.f. 01.01.2016, treating them to be Assistant in terms of the directions issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court in judgment dated 18.01.2013 passed in Civil Appeal No. 516 of 2013 State of Bihar & Anr. vs. Sunny Prakash and Ors.
3. At the very outset, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed a detailed representation before the Registrar, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Bihar Veterinary College Campus, Patna (respondent no.5) and the said representation is still pending.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered with the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Judgment dated 18.01.2013 passed in Civil Appeal No. 516 of 2013 in the case of State of Bihar & Anr. vs. Sunny Prakash and Ors., hence the present writ petition can also be disposed of in light of the aforesaid order and judgment.
5. In view of the fair submission made by learned senior counsel for the petitioners, in my view, no useful purpose would be served keeping this writ application pending.
6. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a detailed representation
Patna High Court CWJC No.11100 of 2021(3) dt.08-08-2024 3/3 before the Registrar, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Bihar Veterinary College Campus, Patna (respondent no.5) along with the supporting documents within a period of three weeks from today and respondent no.5 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioners after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsel.
7. It is made clear that the Registrar, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Bihar Veterinary College Campus, Patna (respondent no.5) shall be held personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
