Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in the cause title of the order dated 18.04.2019, whereby petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga, the name of father of the petitioner no. 2 has wrongly been mentioned as "Raun Jha @ Runa Jha" in place of "Arun Jha @ Runa Jha", and as such, the same may be corrected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25065 of 2019(3) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 In view of the above, let the name of the father petitioner no. 2 in the cause title of the order dated 18.04.2019 be read as "Arun Jha @ Runa Jha" in place of "Raun Jha @ Runa Jha".

The order dated 18.04.2019 stands modified to the above extent.
