1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction to the respondents specially authorities of Bihar State Information Commission. Patna to allow the petitioner to continue in his respective capacity in the service of commission against the post of driver as petitioner has been continuously discharging against the said post of driver since 19.08.2014

Patna High Court CWJC No.11220 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/3 and others situated on similar putting has been granted such relief in pursuance of order dated 16.12.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7760 of 2020.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ /order/ direction to the respondents to absorb / regularize the petitioner service in the service of commission against post of driver against which petitioner has been discharging duty for about decade.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction to direct the respondents to make payments of salary from 17.07.2019 as per Rs. 20,000/- per month in pursuance of letter no. 9534 dated 17.07.2019 issued by the General Administration Department.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction for absorption of the service of the petitioner against the post of driver in view of the fact that petitioner was duly appointed against sanctioned post of driver and has been continuously discharging duty for more than 9 years."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Secretary, Bihar State Information Commission, Patna, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, in view of the order dated 16.12.2020, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11220 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 3/3 CWJC No.7760 of 2020. Liberty so sought is granted.
