The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Mahavir Vishwakarma alleged that all the four accused persons came to his shop of wielding and assaulted him and his son Sanjeet Kumar with iron rod. It is submitted that the petitioners are co-sharer of Mahavir Vishwakarma. No occurrence as alleged by the informant has ever taken place. The injuries are manufactured. The

A Title Suit No. 36 of 2015 is also pending in the court of Munsif, Lakhisarai and merely to put pressure, so that the petitioners may not claim on the disputed land, this false case has been filed. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant and his son have got simple injuries, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
