2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 501 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated owing to village politics. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence.

4. Considering the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and the direct accusation that the petitioner is the main assailant who has fired upon the deceased, this Court is not
