02. 16.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender immediately in the Court below.
