Counsel for the petitioner further submits that he will raise all issues before the court below regarding ingredients of the offences under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities)Act not being made out as also the fact that the prosecution is intended with the malafide intention to wreck vengeance on the other officials of the Company as a counter blast to Delha P.S. Case No.10 of 2013.
