22-02-2021 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority i.e. respondent no. 2/District Magistrate, Sitamarhi. In view of prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the respondent no. 2. If such appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law after hearing all the parties within a period of six months from the date of receipt of appeal.
