The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The mother of the victim alleged that the petitioner kidnapped her minor daughter but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed that her parents wanted to marry her with an old man after receiving Rs. 2 Lakhs and that is why she fled away along with her brother Abhishek Kesari to the house of her maternal aunt. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the victim denied the factum of her kidnapping, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25938 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Teghra P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
