2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 186, 333, 379, 353, 307, 420, 411, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 07.04.2019, informant, along with other police officials, reached near the house of one Bhola Singh, in the meantime 200 persons assembled there, including this petitioner and when they tried to stop lifting of sand, all the accused persons started pelting stones upon the police party as a result of which several police personnel sustained injuries. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
