The petitioner has a grievance that a piece of land belonging to him has been used without his consent for the purpose of construction of a road. It has also been argued that no amount of compensation has been paid to him. There is no assertion in the writ application that any land acquisition proceeding was initiated.

Since the petitioner is making a grievance that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8078 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 respondents have used his private land for the purpose of construction of a road, in my view, he has statutory remedy to approach the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Bihar Right of Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (in short 'the Act'), by making an application in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Rules framed thereunder. If the petitioner make such application, the Court expects that his application shall be considered in right earnest and disposed of within time stipulated under the Act and the instant Rules.

This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
