JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 The present application has been preferred on behalf of the State of Bihar for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party vide order dated 23.01.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2258 of 2012 in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2011 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, subsequently converted into Sections 395 & 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the opposite party has produced certified copy of the judgment dated 3rd June, 2013 passed in Sessions Trial No. 32 of 2012, arising out of Ayer P.S. Case No. 11 of 2011 by learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge II, Bhojpur at Ara, whereby five persons including the opposite party has been acquitted from the charges levelled against them. Let the certified copy of the judgment be kept on record.
