Even though applicant disputes the manner in which the consideration is made, the said dispute cannot be looked into in this contempt proceeding once the University has initiated the process and completed.
In case the petitioners feel that the process has not been completed in accordance with the requirement of law or the scheme laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the petitioners may challenge the same afresh in accordance with law. The manner in which the process has been completed cannot be further scrutinized in this contempt application as the only
Patna High Court MJC No.1757 of 2014 (2) dt.23-05-2017 3/3 direction in the writ petition was to consider the case and take a decision.
Accordingly these contempt applications are disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to challenge the process, as has been done and completed by the university, afresh in accordance with law.
