The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that five persons have been named by the Informant and specific allegation of assault is against Pappu Choudhary and Bablu Choudhary who have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24349 of 2016. It is further contended that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.34366 of 2016 (2) dt.15-09-2016 case, let the petitioner, namely, Suman Kumar be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 66/2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
