This review application has been filed for review of the order dated 05.02.2014 passed by me in CWJC No.177 of 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Court below has recorded finding about the income of the petitioner without there being any documentary evidences. This aspect of the matter has already been considered by me in the order sought to be reviewed. In fact, this question, which is being argued, is on merit. No error apparent on the face of the record has been pointed out by the petitioner. Therefore, it calls for no interference in civil review jurisdiction.
