Pursuant to the last order dated 24.04.2024, a show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, the Director, Information and Public Relation Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is on record and paragraphs 4 and 5 read as follows:- "4. That it is humbly stated that the opposite parties have preferred letters patent

Patna High Court MJC No.1194 of 2020(5) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 appeal against the aforesaid judgment vide LPA No. 115 of 2021 along with interlocutory applications to condone the delay and granting stay on operation of the aforesaid order. The said appeal is pending for admission and grant of ad interim stay.

5. That it is stated further that in view of order dated 24.04.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court in the instant case, the opposite parties have issued office order vide Memo. no. 488 dated 08.05.2024 sanctioning the benefit of promotion to the petitioners in the pay scale of Rs.4000-6000/- with effect from 29.08.2001 in compliance of order dated 22.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 14528 of 2007. However, the said office order shall be subject to final outcome of LPA No. 115 of 2021."

3. In that background, this Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.

4. M.J.C. No. 1194 of 2020 stands disposed of.

5. If the petitioner still has any grievance, he can approach the competent Authority/Court.
