2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated.
4. Having regard to the statutory bar of section 18 of the S.C./S.T. Act, the present petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
