JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 The petitioner could not deposit the cost of Rs. 2000/- within the time stipulated in the order dated 31.07.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the reasons which were beyond his control, the direction of this Court could not be complied with. He submits that if two weeks further time is granted, the petitioner would be in a position to deposit the aforesaid amount. He, therefore, prays for modification of the order dated 31.07.2015 granting him further two weeks from today.

The order dated 31.07.2015 is modified accordingly. The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 2000/- within a period of two weeks from today, failing which he shall suffer simple imprisonment for three months.
