JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(A) To issue appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to conclude the enquiry forthwith which was initiated by Sub Divisional Officer, Sasaram vide order dated 16.02.1996 with related calculation of revenue collected by the petitioner and allow to the petitioner to perform his job of Tahsildar, in Nagar Panchayat, Nokha as the respondents without conducting and concluding the so-called enquiry debarring to the petitioner for performing his job in the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his argument to issuance of a direction upon the Executive Magistrate, Nokha, Rohtas to conclude the enquiry being conducted by him, within a stipulated time frame. 3.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Executive Magistrate, Nokha, Rohtas to conclude the enquiry in question, being conducted qua the petitioner herein, if not already concluded, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
