Patna High Court CR. WJC No.573 of 2022(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 passed in Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC No.153 of 2017 with analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022, within 6 weeks from the date of order and Superintendent of Police shall pass appropriate order and take action in the light of order passed by the Hon'ble Court in the above said judgment.
With this direction, this Cr. writ application is hereby disposed of.
