The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwarisarif P.S. Case No. 720 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. Name of this petitioner has come during investigation on the ground that he is father of co-accused Mukesh Kumar, from whose house the victim boy is alleged to have been recovered. It is mentioned in the impugned order that in para 33 of case diary it is found mentioned that victim Pankaj Kumar was recovered from the house of Mukesh Kumar, son of

Mukesh Kumar has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23099/2019 dated 10.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Patna in connection with Phulwarisarif P.S. Case No. 720 of 2018 (G.R. No. 6145/2018), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
