2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 891 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 120B, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners along with others are said to have indulged in cheating of innocent common people in the name of giving job by using social media and technology.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27693 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 He submitted that one mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners and the said mobiles belong to them. The petitioners were not cheated anyone as well as no any complaint registered against them. Except mobile phones, no any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioners are in custody since 02.12.2023 and petitioner no. 2 has one criminal antecedent, in which he is on bail.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 891 of 2023.
