2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the information provided to him by the pairvikar, the case is presently at the stage of final argument. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

4. As such, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with regard to the present petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.912 of 2023 arising out of Kudhni (O.P. Turki) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-12, Muzaffarpur.

5. It transpires to this Court from perusal of the report

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40330 of 2025(4) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 demanded from the trial court that arguments on behalf of the prosecution has been concluded and arguments on behalf of defence is going on.
