2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 749 of 2023 registered under Sections 363, 366, 370(A), 406, 420, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 kidnapped petitioner no. 1 (daughter of the informant) to grab the properties recorded in her name.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that informant is the father of the victim and victim is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28241 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 none else but petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled and both parties have entered into compromise, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition.
5. Having considered the fact that both the parties have compromised the present case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 749 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
