The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kurtha P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 under Sections 366A, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Nandan Kumar kidnapped his minor sister and petitioners are alleged to have helped Nandan Kumar.

It is submitted that the victim has returned and made her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. She disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went along with Nandan Kumar to Delhi and she, further, stated that on return to her village she came to know that her brother filed a false case against Nandan Kumar. The victim did not name the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30067 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Kurtha P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
