After some arguments, counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. The same is rejected.

The anticipatory bail is dismissed, in connection with C. R. No. 111 of 2015 (T. R. No. 1427 of 2015), pending in the court of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsing Sarai, District - Samastipur. Petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.
