The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016 registered under Sections 414, 279, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 11(i) of Animal Cruelty Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, he has been made accused in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing has been recovered from his possession.
