JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 234 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30, 36 and 38 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. The wife of the petitioner is alleged to have stated that her husband brings toddy and she used to sell the same. No wife will put such accusation on her husband. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on
