None appears on behalf of the respondents, though the name of learned State counsel is printed in the daily cause list. The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction for payment of arrears of due as against the respondents for alleged supply made from the year 2001 onwards.
In the whole writ petition, the details of supply and dates of alleged supply made have not been indicated. What is the actual admissible claim of the petitioner has also not been stated in the whole writ petition. This Court further finds that the claim of payment is with respect to year 2001-2003 and the present writ petition has been filed on 10.01.2011. No explanation has been given for approaching this Court after such a long delay. In above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
