2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., five unknown miscreants, riding on two motorcycles, came at the door of informant and made indiscriminate firing while the informant and his family members were at home.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vikash Kumar.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24245 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that during course of investigation, petitioner has been identified in the CCTV footage. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also criminal antecedent of petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
