The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No. 155 of 2015 registered under Sections 447, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted with farsa on the head of the informant causing fracture injury, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
