JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submits that this Court may clarify that the address of the petitioner Company would be deemed to be the address mentioned with the Registrar of Companies, Bihar, Patna, where the company is registered having company identification no. U45200BR1992PLC004778.
It is accordingly clarified that the address of the petitioner company, mentioned in the records of the Registrar of
Patna High Court MJC No.1058 of 2020(3) dt.07-01-2021 2/2 Companies, Bihar, Patna shall also be deemed to be the address of the petitioner company, as far as the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 11866 of 2019 is concerned, however, subject to just exceptions and objections.
The petition stands disposed off.
