Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioners are accused in Complaint Case No. 1358 (C) of 2013, which would appear from the Compliant Petition annexed with the petition, but inadvertently in the first paragraph and last paragraph of the application Complaint Case No. 1538

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29277 of 2014 (9) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 (C) of 2013 has wrongly been typed in place of Complaint Case No. 1358 (C) of 2013.

While vide order dated 25.04.2017, the application filed on behalf of the petitioner was allowed, but due to wrong mentioning of Complaint case in application in the first paragraph and last paragraph of the application Complaint Case No. 1538 (C) of 2013 has wrongly been typed in place of Complaint Case No. 1358 (C) of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the application filed on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the above, in the order dated 25.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29277 of 2014, the first paragraph and last paragraph be read as "Complaint Case No. 1358 (C) of 2013" in place of Complaint Case No. 1538 (C) of 2013. The order dated 25.04.2017 is modified, accordingly. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
