JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. From perusal of report of the Additional Sessions Judge IX, Aurangabad sent in connection with Sessions Trial No. 361/2019/189/2020, it appears that the prosecution has not adduced evidence till date and the trial court has issued summons for ensuring appearance of prosecution witnesses. In view of the report of the trial court, the bail petition of the petitioner is refused.

As the petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2019, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
