The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Bairagania P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 under Sections 466, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mahendra Sahni, the informant alleged that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Agan Bari Sevika in the year 2004, but, she submitted school leaving certificate of Sanskrit Primary-cum-Middle School, Rampur Kanth, in the year 2007. The informant, who is the appointing authority, alleged that the petitioner submitted forged certificate. It is submitted that the petitioner did not forge any document nor submitted any forged certificate before the appointing authority. The petitioner simply submitted admit card on the basis of which the petitioner was appointed on the post of Agan Bari Sevika.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27957 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 amount each in connection with the Bairagania P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
