That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of writ of appropriate nature. order or direction commanding respondents to grant A.C.P. to the husband of the petitioner, which is being withheld in the absence of confidential character report, as required by the Asstt. Inspector General, Registration, Patna for taking decision on it. The petitioner, who is widow and is getting family pension also pray for direction to the respondents grant consequential benefits on granting of A.C.P. in terms of difference of salary and difference of post retirement benefits and pension with arrears to

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
