2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. However later on Section 307 of the IPC was also added.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased. The trial of the case has started.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that three witnesses have been examined including the informant during trial and they turned hostile.

5. There are still five more witnesses to be examined in the case.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is rejected.
