The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nauhatta P. S. Case No. 22 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506, 448 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that during investigation pursuant to notice under Section 21 A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner appeared before the police and the police did not think necessity of arresting him, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21664 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saharsa in Nauhatta P. S. Case No. 22 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
