====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.340 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties as they are own gotias. It is further submitted that so far as the petitioner is concerned, he has only been named in the F.I.R. but no allegation at all of assaulting the informant is there against this petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances that the petitioner has not caused any assault, in case of his

No.6917 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner, namely, Vijay Yadav, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.340 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
