2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 313 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per FIR, the petitioner is the Director of Sonakshi Shringar Mahal and Gift Corner and the allegation is that the petitioner was engaged in the illegal business of ganja. During a raid conducted at the petitioner's shop, 6.9 kgs of ganja, which was kept in cartons, was seized by the informant. Additionally, a sum of Rs. 38,830/- was seized from the counter of the said shop along with a motorcycle.

4. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his conscious

5. The shop of the petitioner was raided and 6.9 kg of ganja was recovered from his shop. The FSL report has been submitted today in the Court and perusal of the same, shows that the contraband is ganja, which contains tetrahydrocannabinol (T.H.C).

6. In my view, the petitioner does not deserve the anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected.

7. The office is directed to return the FSL report to the Director, FSL, Muzaffarpur, for its onward transmission to the learned court below in a sealed cover.
