2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s)

Patna High Court MJC No.1196 of 2020(3) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 "for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 17.02.2020 passed in CWJC No. 1043 of 2020."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an order has been passed by the opposite party and he be granted liberty to move before an appropriate Court.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
