JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 Petitioner has moved this Court seeking a writ of mandamus for a direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 to pay the bill no.01 dated 12.05.2005 for Rs.121515.68 and bill no.06 dated 21.05.2005 for Rs.68915.81.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out from the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.3 that during the pendency of the writ application a sum of Rs.1,90,431/- has already been paid to the petitioner. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application has become infructuous and is being disposed off accordingly.
