However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 submits that the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed on account of nondischarge of statutory obligation by the petitioner in terms of Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
