Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. From perusal of report of the court below, dated 15.3.2021, received in view of order of this Court dated 10.2.2021, it reveals that the case is fixed for evidence of rest of the witnesses. Earlier, out of five witnesses, two of them have been examined, cross examined and discharged. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
