2. The present appeal has been filed against the order dated 22-01-2020 whereby the learned Special Judge, SC/STcum-Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Munger has dismissed the complaint petition filed by the complainant/appellant under Section 203 of Cr.P.C.
3. According to the complaint petition, the accused persons, the employees of Electricity Department, went to the house of complainant for disconnection of her electric
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1459 of 2025(6) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 connection since the dues were not paid. The complainant requested them not to disconnect the connection whereupon, the employees of the Electricity Department (accused persons) abused her by calling her caste name. They also misbehaved with daughter of the complainant.
4. It appears that the respondents refused the request of the complainant for not disconnecting her electric connection and hence, they were made accused. Learned court below did not find prima facie case and, dismissed the complaint petition.
5. I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 22-01-2020 and accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
