JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appeal under Section 60 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 30.06.2017 passed by the Certificate Officer, Madhepura in Certificate Case No. 17 of 2014-15.
