Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 407, 468, 470, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 103, 104 of the Trade Mark Act and 63, 64, 65 of the Copy Right Act. The prosecution case is that on the written report of Kumar Dayashanker, being the main Investigator of Dabur India Limited, the S.H.O. Chiraiya Police Station raided the house of the petitioner and seized duplicate goods of Dabur, sticker of Dabur Lal Tel, Johnson baby oil sticker, Hair and care stickers.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure list does not bear the signature of any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35961 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 family members of the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for bail on surrender, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016, pending in the court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana, Motihari. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
