2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 413 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He is in jail custody since 17.07.2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.

5. The petitioner shall mark his attendance in Begusarai Muffasil Police station on each and every Sunday of each month and any default in his attendance in the concerned police station, as aforesaid, would be resulted into cancellation of his bail bonds.
