JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. From examination of the order-sheet of this case, it is apparent that at least on three previous occasions none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, yet the matter was adjourned by the Court with a hope that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall appear. As noticed above, none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner even today. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.
