The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 380, 504 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33217 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of commission of assault and theft as well as attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant.

There is case and counter case also. Though there is allegation of firing, however, no injury was caused to anyone. Considering the aforesaid facts of this case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari/successor Court in connection with Pipra Kothi Police Station Case No. 66 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
